If you need assistance with an IGI product, we can direct you to the appropriate person and place.

If Your Product was Acquired through an IGI Distributor:
You MUST place your inquiry for technical assistance through them. Your distributor will coordinate any necessary communication with IGI. (link here to distributor list)

In ALL CASES:
when you need assistance with an IGI product, you will need to have the lot number of your product handy. The lot number will appear on your C of A and also your packaging material (if applicable), and start with letter.

FAQs

  1. What is the minimum order quantity?
    Annual volume of 45000 lbs/yr and 4 pallets per order (about 8000 lbs).
  2. What is the status of my order?
    Please contact us at 1-800-561-3509 to get the most up to date status of your order. IGI currently does not have online order tracking.
  3. IGI has a specific section on the site dedicated for SDS sheets.
  4. How do I obtain a Quality Certificate or Technical Information Sheet (TIS) for IGI products?
    For quality certificates (C of A) you must contact your IGI customer service rep, who can supply a copy to you electronically.For technical data sheets, you can use the contact form on this website, or contact your IGI rep.
