Paraffin Waxes
IGI offers a full range of paraffin waxes in a variety of packaging formats. These include bulk liquid (via tank truck or railcar), slabs (approximately 10 lbs or ~10 lbs), granules (packaged in bags), and pastilles (packaged in bags).
Fully refined paraffin waxes typically have a low oil content and are white in color. Most will meet FDA requirements 178.3710 (for use in contact with food). IGI also offers a line of paraffin waxes that are BPI Certified Compostable.
Paraffin waxes offer a range of beneficial properties in a broad spectrum of applications such as candles and food packaging.
