IGI® 2288A is a refined scale wax designed for heat therapy of arthritic and related ailments.
IGI® 2288A has a low melting point to avoid discomfort on application, and solidifies to form a soft, flexible coating which is easily peeled from the skin. As IGI® 2288A solidifies,
it continues to release heat to the treated area. CAUTION should be used to avoid thermal burns. The molten wax should be applied just above the melting point (130°F, 54°C)
