Aquaban® 9001A
This product is a concentrated general purpose water-based treatment for paper and corrugated board. It imparts a high level of water repellence. This product should be diluted with water before use, depending upon protection required. Typical dilution is 1:1 with water.
Board coated with this product has the following features:

The coating can be applied by using a blade or a rod coater, preferably at the wet end of the corrugator. It is also sprayable. Treated board is gluable with most cold set and hot melt adhesives. It is also printable with most flexo inks (at dilution 1:1).

IGI® 2288A is a refined scale wax designed for heat therapy of arthritic and related
ailments.
IGI® 2288A has a low melting point to avoid discomfort on application, and solidifies to
form a soft, flexible coating which is easily peeled from the skin. As IGI® 2288A solidifies,
it continues to release heat to the treated area.
CAUTION should be used to avoid thermal burns. The molten wax should be applied just
above the melting point (130°F, 54°C)

This product is a water-based coating designed for SBS cup stock and other paper based substrates. It can be used for any packaging application that requires excellent water resistance, oil resistance and heat seal.
To achieve good barrier properties, the surface temperature of the coated substrate should reach at least 80°C (175°F) during drying.
This product is gluable with some specialty hot melt adhesives. It is not gluable with cold set adhesives nor printable with water-based inks.

Norub® 9202B Green
This product is a water-based emulsion developed for application to liners of corrugated board to reduce its abrasive characteristics. The coating is most effective when applied at a rate of 10 – 15 g/m2 or 2 – 3 lbs per MSF in a continuous film. This product is an ideal non-scuff coating which can be used for packaging office furniture, filing cabinets, household goods, and most speciality metal products – wherever non-abrasiveness is required.
This product is gluable with most cold set adhesives and printable with most flexo inks.
This water-based product provides a high performance barrier against water and grease when applied to a paper based substrate. Coated surface also exhibits exceptionally high slide angle.

This product is a water-based coating designed as an economical pre-coat for application onto Kraft liners or other paper substrates. It seals the substrate and provides a uniform surface onto which functional coatings may be applied, optimizing the performance of the functional coatings.
It can also be used to impart non-slip properties to paper substrates using a rod or a blade coater. In addition, when double-bumped, it provides high level of oil and grease resistance (OGR)
