IGI’s contract manufacturing capabilities combine IGI’s advanced wax processing expertise and state-of-the-art equipment, at facilities strategically located throughout North America. To better serve your diverse customer base, our contract manufacturing services are available at manufacturing facilities in Toronto, Ontario; Oshkosh, Wisconsin; Titusville, Pennsylvania; Richmond, California; Picayune, Mississippi; and Baytown, Texas. Most facilities are ISO 9001:2015 registered, ensuring the highest quality standards, and Toronto and OshKosh are FSSC 22000 food safety certified (for designated processes and products). Toronto is ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System certified.
IGI can produce compounded products in liquid bulk (rail or truck), as well as solid forms ranging from slabs, drums, IBC, pastilles, and granulated powder. Our contract expertise is utilized in the manufacture of wax blends and processing of materials which are solid at room temperature, along with emulsification capabilities (Richmond, CA). IGI facilities are also equipped to work with polyolefin(s), polybutene, polyethylene wax, white mineral oils and petrolatum.
