If you have a technical issue or question with an IGI product, please fill out the feedback form. Generally IGI will respond within 24 hours of your request but often can respond sooner.
If you are have technical questions and have purchased your product through an IGI distributor, please contact your distributor first. We have a system to assist you with your needs via the distributor you orginally purchased the wax from.

You can get copies of technical data sheets at this link: Technical Information Sheets (TIS). Pleae note that not all data sheets are available online, and you may need to contact your IGI representative for a copy.

ISO Certification
If required, IGI can electronically provide proof of our Kosher certification and/or proof of our ISO 9001 registration. Please contact our customer service directly to obtain eletctronic copies.
